It is strictly forbidden lighting fire inside or outside the House

If you use the chimneys inside the House, please make sure that metallic doors are properly locked

Please take care with candles and other lighting materials. They are proved to be extremely dangerous.

When lighting the barbecue, use always vegetal coal, and extinguish it immediately after use with water.

Music and noise level must not disturb the neighbors. The client signing the check in form will be liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way.

Late night parties at the garden are very clear: ALL STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AFTER 1 A.M.

Use the parking that is marked down and do not park cars in neighbor’s area.

Please respect the property equipment and installation. Don’t forget that you are fully responsible for them.

In case of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Joan Figueras Serra at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the House, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.
